Hi Adam, I've never been a big gamer, but you might have converted me. I loved AC and now AC2. Ad supported games are awesome. The ads are even better than I expected, not just junk internet spam. Keep up the good work. welbo

Once upon a time I was bored and I had my mobile phone in hand. And suddenly... I got an idea! I always liked this old game called Mastermind - so why shouldn't I download it to my phone? I ran Opera Mini and typed something in Google, what directed me to getjar.com. I found... no, not Attack Brain. It was another, a little bit crappy MM game. After downloading it I came back to getjar and started to browse games. There I found AC2... Hmm... 3D graphic (xD), big map, sounds good. I ran this game and... I couldn't stop playing for about 2 hours. After some days I noticed that when I run the game, there's some text moving across the screen. Attackgames.prowhat? Oh, once again. Hmm... seems to be a message board of this game. And so I am here and i say:
Hello!
PS. I discovered Attack Brain about a month after looking for MM games...

Cool. Darryl, the guy I worked with on 'Attack Brain' will be happy to know somebody else likes those type of games. I used 'Attack Brain' to teach him mobile programming.

Welcome! First new poster in a while! I get the most positive feedback about '3D Attack Chopper', and 'Attack Breaker Pro' is played the most. All of my games are available on my website: 00adam.mobi, or 00adam.com

Hey. i got the iphone/ipod touch game origami rose a few days ago and now my rose has reached the hight of 100cm. but it stopped growing which was pretty dissapoiting after watering frequently and trying to make it grow really large. is there any chance you can make a update that removes the limitet growth of 100cm?

The update is going to introduce a scoring system, and I may allow the flower to grow beyond 100cm as well. The way the iPhone version of Rose was originally designed was limited to 100cm, and will take a little bit of work to change. If you have played the Java versions of the flower games, it works slightly different, but there is no height limit on them.
... I'll probably remove the height limit. an update to Rose is next on my to-do list after getting the initial version of my match-3 game finished.

thanks..... I would really like it, oh and how are you gonna add highscores if the limit is 100cm. By how long the plant lived? (by hight wont be fun if the limit isnt removed.

Option 1: If I do it by height, I'll need to remove the limit. Option 2: You get the equivalent of 1pt for each cm the flower is tall for every second.... So if you plant is 100cm tall, you are making 100pt's/sec. If it's 10cm tall, you are getting 10pt/sec.
I may go with option #2, just to make things different from the Java versions. Maybe I'll put one type of scoring into this game, and a different type of scoring into a different flower game. That way I can see which is more popular.

Update: I have removed the limit for the flower height. I haven't uploaded it yet, but the work is done. I think I'll put the online scoring in before I release it.
I MAY only put online scoring and unlimited flower height into the paid version. It's only $0.99, and I'm not making enough off the free one to cover the costs that would be generated by the server traffic of 15,000 people checking scores every day.
Do you think this would be good incentive to buy the paid one? I'd of course put a link to the paid one into the free version, so that people know about the difference.

You can make a thread in the 'Origami' board, or in the 'Questions, Suggestions and Comments' board. I'm not picky, and you don't need to be worried about flamers around here

Hi, just found you today. I was drawn in by the origami rose and daisy games. I am an avid origamist. I love to make origami to entertain children, and decorate my house, and even for practical purposes like making a cup to drink from when none are available, or making a napkin ring when having guests over or, or making a bowl to hold candy or snack foods when dishes are in short supply. I sincerely wish there was an application for the iPhone that would give you origami patterns (come on-I can't remember all that off the top of my head) on the fly and/or would allow you to enter your own origami patterns. It could be a simple to use program with technologies available in iPhone, though it would probably be a totally new concept of how to build. It could be a game or just instuction. I would build it myself if I had a clue about building code for iPhone. What do you think? I have many more ideas about how this app could be done.

It would be an interesting application. If it was just a database of folding instructions like you find in origami books, it wouldn't be all that hard to do. It would however need a lot of source material for patterns, which could be an issue. Allowing users to add patterns to the system for sharing with the world would be a great feature, but a lot of work. If I had a team of people making games, I'd suggest it. Unfortunately I do this all myself, and my passion is more towards making games. I'm glad you found this board, and I'm always open to suggestions. Maybe I could include folding instructions with the origami flower games, even if it's just the pattern used to make the flower. ... if I could figure out how to do it, interactive 3D folding instructions would be amazing. Especially if user generated content could be added to it. That would be super hard to do, but could easily be the worlds greatest origami reference. I don't think I'd be up to it on a technical level, as that would pretty much be the same as making a 3D modelling+animation application for the iPone. I'd really like to see something like this done though

HI Adam I just love you for making AC2. This is the only game that I can play for hours. (its even taking a toll on my marriage because I devote more attention to the game then to my spouse. but who cares)

Glad you like it! You should just get your significant other hooked on their own phone, and compete for a better rank online Thanks for the compliments. It's a shame I may not be able to make games for much longer

Thanks for considering the origami idea. If you ever get tired of games and want to give it a try I have tons of source material I could scan and send you. There IS an origami database for palm aps though it is not often updated (like not once in 2 years...disappointing). The link to it is www.canuck-software.ca/ . They do have a download that allows users to develop folding patterns. It would be great if I had a palm device, but it is not worth getting a palm device and suffering the backward frustrating operating system just to use this program. On the link I gave you they give the origami database away for free though I have seen sites charging 2.99 for it elsewhere. If it was interactive 3D animation modeling ap (like you said...amazing) then I think you could easily get $$ for it.

Hi. I'm Jen. I love the idea of free mobile games, infact I have your rose and daisy games. I don't like the fact that you can't pause the game when you sleep, so your flower goes back to NOTHING!! And Why isn't the iphone on your list of phones on the game page? There's something called an I mate.. Never heard of that. Anyway, so far everything else is fine. ;D

Welcome all new iPhone gardeners! Most of the new members visiting the board are coming from the iPhone versions of the Origami games. We've passed 800 registered users now too Don't be afraid to drop by and say hello! We're a friendly bunch, even though there's fewer than 10 of us that actually post much.

Hi neighbor! I am on the other side of the state in but travel over to Detroit about once a month since I bought my smart car last January. Sometimes I also get out to Markham where we have a small manufacturing facility. Coworkers love the Origami games and I imagine they can load it on their Blackberries... It is kind of hard to figure that out on the main webpage at www.00adam.com
