One thing that you could do to get a lot more people playing your games would be to add a mobile site for all of your games. You could add a link to it in the menus of your games and them more people who try one of them would end up trying some of the others. Also you could have small ads on the site for extra profit. Im not sure how hard it would be to do this but it would be a really cool feature.

Actually it would be pretty easy. I didn't know people actually wanted to go to my site! It would take me no more than 10 minutes to add a link in the menu of my games. I have been debating with myself about what to do with my site. I know the web site is terrible at the moment, but I also host it off my home machine, so I know I wouldn't be able to hand a lot of traffic.
When I finally get around to it, I will have BOTH the web and wap site displaying LIVE stats from all the online games! I don't think anybody else has live stats on their wap sites, so that could be cool. I know exactly how to do this, and have made tons of dynamic web sites in the past.
Maybe I'll just start with the wap site with the live stats, since it'll use less bandwidth, and go from there. There are so many things I want to do, but as long as it's just me, I have to put everything else on hold when I do any one thing.
For now I think the best way to get my revenue $$$'s up is to make some more games. Maybe after another game(or 2?), I'll spend all my time to get the web/wap site right. I'll get it hosted as well.
You guys think a lot more people would play my games if I had a reasonable web/wap site? If it really would make a big difference already (even with only a few games), I would likely concentrate on this sooner.
Thanks for the input. I wish everyone would let me know what they are thinking.

most people sell shares to gain revenue to hire more people, so they dont have to do everything. has YAHOO or GOOGLE offered any seed money that u dont have to pay back? U need a negotiator though, someone who knows the industry and will watch your back, and an contract/tax attorney, a third eye. I could query about seed money if ur busy. no strings. mc3

Well at the moment, I'm not really looking to expand. I like doing everything myself; I am assured that it gets done right. I've never had any offers from any kind of 'investors', so I haven't had to even think about that before. I think when I've got enough money built up to hire somebody else, that's when I'll think about bigger projects. As long as I'm only doing mobile phone games, I don't think I'll need anybody else.
It's a very interesting offer however, and I will have to think about it. A big part, is that I just don't want to have to deal with all the extra hassles like lawyers and accountants. My accounting is super easy at the moment, and I give my games away for free.
