Some people had mentioned problems with their points in game. I have hunted down and hopefully killed this problem dead now. I have also give some seeds to a bunch of the affected players since they had their seeds accounts corrupted and needed to be recreated.
If you are one of the people that was affected by this and has lost all of your seeds, please PM me and I'll give you some free seeds for your troubles.

Hi Adam! I'm still struggling to complete an offer to get seeds. I just finished giving my info to the "win $25,000check" on the mobile site (it is the only offer on my mobile site). It said I had completed it and was answering additional survey questions when the "Error ocurred" page came up. I am getting plenty of emails from my attepts to get seeds;so they have received my info---just no seeds. Help! What do I need to do? Sphinx 68 is getting way ahead of Ellerby LOL.

If anybody has trouble getting seeds from offers they filled out, here's what you do: On Java: 1) Click on 'VIEW OFFER STATUS' 2) Click 'Missing these seeds?' beside the offer you filled out 3) Fill in your contact info and whatever else it asks for. On iPhone: 1) Go to the offers page by touching 'Earn Seeds' at the bottom of the main screen. 2) Touch 'Problems' at the bottom of the offers screen. 3) Click 'Missing these seeds?' beside the offer you filled out 4) Fill in your contact info and whatever else it asks for. I don't handle the offers directly. The guys that run the 'Super Rewards' service srpoints.com do. That's why you have to go through the reporting interface. When people fill out this info, it's kept track of and the offers will have lower priority and/or be removed from my game for not completing properly. I can also manually remove the ones that you guys tell me didn't work, so I've gotten rid of that one specifically as well. I can now also remove by category, so I've added 'sweepstakes' to the blocked offers categories in my games. Hopefully that will catch all the future once like this as well.

Don't worry about Sphinx. I think that person was one of the accounts affected by the problems I fixed yesterday. Some people had accounts that were all linked together in a weird way, so they could all spend other people's points. It was enabling some people to have more points than they should, but that's been fixed now I think.

Hello Adam we are having seed lost problems agin started out the day with 788 used 350 seeds.had to get out to answer the phone when i went back only had 89 seeds left. also did the Discover card to get 22000.00seeds will it show up in 72 hrs. want buy some seed but afraid of loosing them.thanks for all of your time.Bones

Hello.sorry about being a pain in the back side bought some seed through pay pal but did not get them was for 3500 seeds.not sure what we did wrong.sorry about being a problem.Bones

I can explain the seeds dropping down to 89. Here's what happened.
0) Start yesterday with 789 seeds. 1) Used 350 seeds yesterday: but it did not send the spent points to the server right away(sometimes fails, or does not complete before you exit). 2) Started up today: Server SAYS you still have 789 seeds, but in reality it had deducted yesterday's 350 seeds after giving the response to your game. Thus your game thought you had all 789 still. This was a bug on the server.
3) You spent 350 seeds. 4) While still playing the game told the server that you had spent the seeds, and it completed the connection, thus updating your game with the current and correct(hopefully) amount of seeds.
Sorry about this. I fixed the bug on the server side this morning after I noticed it. Whenever anyone spent seeds the game deducted the seeds, but if the transaction finished it came back with MORE seeds from the server. Next time you play BAM you have way less seeds than expected, though it is actually correct now. This let some people even spend into the negatives.

OK, I just used the farthest left 'PayPal' option to pay using credit card. It went through in under a minute, and I got all the seeds. I received 2 emails confirming the purchase...
1) Subject: "Your payment to KITN media USA, inc." sender: service@intl.paypal.com contains: Paypal receipt. Quite a lot of stuff in it.
2) Subject: "1750 seeds awarded for Origami Rose" sender: no-reply@superrewards-mail.com contains: Paypal and super rewards transaction numbers. Just a few lines of text in this one.
Did you receive both of these emails?
