I had like 480 or close to that so fertilizer and water and the program shut down and now I am - 200 why

What type of device are you running the game on? If it's iPhone or iPod, there are annoying bugs that can't be fixed until a new version is released. Let me know what your friend code, or in game name is and I can give you the seeds that you lost.
