Hi there, Well, shut my mouth if i'm wrong, but lately since I've been playin Rose, Theres an awful lot of usernames that weren't there before in higher rank that have been poppin up recently. Where do they come from? N how is that possible? It's got me puzzled. I wonder if anyone else has noticed?. I've been playin pretty regualrly n tryin to build up more seeds. I don't seem to be advancing as I expected. Then some different and weird usernames show up higher in rank. How does that happen?

It happens because iPhones and iPods are buggy. Sometimes the phone reports the wrong times to my game, and wacky things happen. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the current games. I am right at this moment working on a new and better version of the flower games for iPhone users. This new version handles all the growing on the server, so that none of these strange problems ever happen again.
The new version of the game will also mean a new install. It won't be an upgrade from the previous version. Instead I've taken down all the flower games except Rose, and I'll be removing the old Rose game when the new one is released.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I understand now. Occasionally wen I play one of the flower games it will flash, likeblink on the start screen then it's fine. Will we b able to still keep the other flower games, like orchid that are already established on our iPhones? The Rose does seem to b pretty popular though. It might b nice to b able to pick different colors for it. No matter, I'll b looking forward to it. ; ) JoAnn

Yeah, there's nothing stopping you from keeping the old games on your device, I've just stopped new downloads. I'll keep the old ones running, but new people won't be able to download them anymore. Also, I will eventually either release new flowers or upgrade the Rose one to include the others somehow.

That sounds great, it would save some of us from going app to app just to play one flower at a time! Cool.

The problem is that I only get paid when people see an ad. If players play 6x as much 'cause there are 6 flowers in one, I'd still be getting the same money as with 1 flower, but it would cost just as much to run the server as with 6 separate games. So you can see my dilema...

Hmmm, I see. Would it help say if u did have 6 different flower apps with each having different ads, wouldn't people b more likely to respond to more different ads than to just the one for one flower app? As a player n shopper myself I think I would. Some of the ads are very tempting. And there's a variety of things to pick from. Good luck. I'm still playin' n shoppin'! Another thing, If ur games r free people should have a few bucks to spend on buying somthing from the ads you use. C'mon people spend it if u got it!

I don't have any control over the ads that get displayed unfortunately. I could display ads between switching flowers, but that's all I'd be able to do. I think putting ads in when switching flowers would just annoy people too much though.
