Hi, within the last 2 hours I purchased the 7 'Free Cities' apps plus the 2 Santa games which should've given me 630 stars as they were worth 70 stars each. They have not appeared in my profile. How can I report not receiving them?

If you haven't got your stars yet, it may simply be because the new game hasn't contacted the tapjoy system yet. Make sure you play the new games a couple times each so that they can make a connection to the tapjoy server. Most of the time people get their stars right away, but if tapjoy cannot be contacted because they are busy or unavailable the stars won't be awarded right away.
In case some of the games themselves are at fault, here's what I propose: First give it at least 1 day. If tapjoy is having server problems, the problems will need some time to fix. It seems that overnight I didn't get any 'your friend completed an offer' messages, so I don't think anybody's offers were working.
The guys at tapjoy told me yesterday that their servers were under attack last week, and are now going through upgrades. On Thursday night none of the offers were working, but by Saturday morning everything was running fine. Lets give them a bit of time to work it out.
