Adam, I was wondering if I could get some help with a phone/flower issue.
My phone has broken (yet again! I’m really starting to hate the Samsung Moment!), and I’m being shipped a new one. However, it’s not going to get here until Thursday or so next week, and I don’t want my flowers to go inactive! Is logging onto the 00adam.com/offers.jsp chat page good enough, or is there some other way for me to keep them active (or is there a setting you can change so that they stay active for the next week)? I'm pretty certain that I have more than enough of both sun and water on all 5 flowers, for what it’s worth.
I’d appreciate any help you can give me, even if it’s nothing more than switching my account over to my new phone when I get it next week! =)
(Oh, and btw, my name on the flowers right now is something like “Katherine {The Librarian ~Time Lord Crew~}”, and I was #8 on Orchid, last I saw. Just thought that info might be helpful and maybe even important for you to have! lol)

Make sure you use the POP interface from the offers site if you want to keep the account active. That's all you really need to do. I can find your old account as long as I have the old friend code or loginID, so have those ready for me when you get your new phone.

And that keeps everything active? Perfect!!! I'll go log into the POP interface now! And I'll make a note of my old info so I can give it to you next week.
Thank you again for all of your help! I really do appreciate it! =)

Ok, so my old phone's friend code was 5909890004269712971, and my new phone's is 1525360617877217408. Can you please switch my account over?

Thank you, it all worked perfectly! Not only did you successfully transfer over my flowers to my new phone, but they were still active after almost a week! =D
Unfortunately, I now have a new problem/complaint.
That "sun down" button needs to disappear, or get an "off" option, or something!!!! I had just over 3,000 hours (yes, that is three THOUSAND, which is which is 125 days), of sun and warp on my Orchid, when my touch screen messed up and I accidentally pressed the "sun down" button. I've used up almost all of my stars and seeds (about 3 million seeds, and 10 thousand stars) to try and regain all of my sun, so that all of that warp doesn't go to waste, but I still have 1,000 fewer hours of sun than I have of warp.
Now, I'm not expecting you to replace all of that or anything (though it would be nice, especially after the particularly painful and all around sucky day I've had, which this issue only added to), because I know it is a lot, but I'd appreciate it if you'd take this issue into serious consideration. Especially since I know that a lot of people have had similar issues, though maybe not to this extent!!
Thank you!
