Hey everyone!
If anybody has been having trouble updating / checking their scores online for the last few weeks, I'd just like to say that it should be resolved in May. I'm in the middle of moving, and have a very poor but thankfully temporary internet connection until I'm settled at my new place.
So just hang in there, things will get better soon.

Well this is the weekend where everything gets moved. I should have internet service at my new place on the 3rd of May. I'll be able to get back to work at that point as well. I move on May 1st, and will leave my server up and running at the old location until everything is ready at the new place.
I am really itching to get back to work on 3-IN-1 right now, but I know I just don't hav the time/focus to do a proper job. I'd just en up re-writing anything I do right now. Instead, I am spending my time with my new son, and playing Pokemon on my DS. I also bought a Wii a couple days ago, but havn't hooked it up yet. I just don't want to pack it back up again, but I might break down and start playing regardless.
So hopefully everything will be up and running at full steam in under a week. I havn't been very productive for over a month, so it'll be nice to be creating something again.
Still none of the new board members posting anything? We're around 160 members now, but why are you folks signing up without joining in? Strange people.

Well, maybe the web-server will be at least a little more reliable now that I have a proper connection to the internet again. I got ahold of some better hardware, so that'll help at least a bit until I am at the new place.

Quick update: I have moved the server to my new machine. I hope this improves the situation a little. Once Bell finally turns on the DSL connection at my new place, I'll be moving everything over there, which should be an overall better connection anyway.

I've now got everything over at my new location. I expect better response times all around for the online stuff now.

Ack, the troubles never end 1)I finally moved around my computers and stuff to their final resting places last night, which needed everything unplugged temporarilly for a few hours. Sorry for the down time. 2)My phone company royally screwed up and downgraded my line to some ridiculously slow speed for no apparent reason. They just decided that I didn't need a good connection and changed all my acount details. Who knows when this will get resolved. 3)Minor hiccup in the scores server. A bug popped up when the AC2 scores list hit 100 entries. AC2 only stores 99, and was having a harry fit about trying to display the 100'th score on the screen. I have fixed this on the server end, so there is no need to update AC2. Sorry if somebody needs to re-register their name. I also made the system accept unknown users, and give them a default name of "UNKNOWN", so if this happens to you, just go back to the "NAME" screen and enter it again. Now if only my stupid phone company would stop screwing around with my line...

'Napalm Timing Avenues' - top left, rotating turrets spewing fire... i call them 'the chompers' (as a result of the Tim Allen movie 'Galaxy Quest') I am still looking for a way to get through without any damage. I can do it losing only one blade - but will need to do better.

Adam, what does a guy have to do to get beyond 'New Member'?

I have no idea that kind of post count you need to be more than 'New Member'. I havn't looked at those settings before. Let me check...
... OK I checked / changed the posts needed. Since we are such a low-activity board, you are no longer a new member after a whopping 1 post!

You should. I don't love very many people around here... At least not according to their post counts.
