I just started Origami Daisy yesterday. I can't seem to figure everything out. I can't seem to find instructions for this game or a beginners walk through.
I don't understand what sun down button does.
I don't know how much water I can overdose.
I will be on vacation for 2 weeks out of the country... how do you keep your flower alive?
Is there a FAQ or something that can walk me through this as I don't want to post something or go to chatter box each time I have a basic question.

Sorry, no faq. Strangely I find that since I removed the help page on android, more players participate in the chat and stick around to ask questions.
1) The sun down button will put the sun down. This can be helpful because the flower will shrink if the sun is up and it runs out of water.
2) You can overdose from the main screen as much as you want to. If you have ads disabled, there is no penalty. Since you are new, you will likely see ads every time you hit "overdose". The overdose adds 30min of water to your flower. This is helpful in 2 ways. The first way is that your flower can go longer before you need to water it again. The second is that as long as the moisture has more than 3.5 hours remaining (87.5%), you get a special 2x boost to your growth multipliers.
3) You can keep your flower alive by purchasing the "never shrink" item from the items screen. It costs 400 stars for each flower. This makes it so that no matter how long you are away from your flower, or how dried out it gets, it will not shrink at all.
Join the chat and ask away! Most of our regulars are more than happy to help out new players. Have fun!

Thanks for responding so soon!
Yeah... I'm not much of a chatter so I feel bad for lurking and only asking "newbie" questions.
I think a faq/instruction page that explains how the game is played would be helpful in attracting new players. I wanted to invite some friends to play, but the game is not intuitive for people who don't play too many games.

Word. I'll probably be adding a help section to the menu soon. The iPhone version has a "Help" page right on the main screen, but people don't seem to ever read it
