Every time anybody playing the game earns stars from the (Get STARS) screen, the stars are put towards the construction. When stars are added to the galaxy construction they also construct the moon, planet, solar system and spiral arm. When a moon, planet, solar system, or spiral arm is completed, the person who completed it gets free bonus stars.
When the construction reaches 100%, all of the growth multipliers (fertilizer, super fertilizer, giga fertilizer, water, and warp) will be higher for 2 days for everyone.
