I made this game as an experiment. It took me a total of about 7 hours yesterday. Unfortunately it won't likely be ready until July because of the guys at gamejump.com. It's more like pinball, where it's just one level, the bricks are invincible, and when you hit the red, gold or green bricks, '$'s fall down that you need to collect. The balls split in half automatically every 10sec, 15sec, 20, 25 ... There is a green brick near the center that destroys any ball that touches it, but pops out a '$$$' that is worth a whole bunch of points. When you die, it exits the game, so you need to run the game to play it again. This is simply an experiment, and nothing more. I am not going to try to sell this, and I don't really expect to have people play it very much. What I want to see is just how much it will be played due to the forced restart. If this no-effort game does well, I'm actually going to be more annoyed than happy. I may make a game called "Attack Chopper: Challenge" as well, just to give my experiment a bigger sample audience. If these *budget* games do well, it's gonna change how I make do my future projects. Maybe I'll always launch with a "Challenge" version of every game in addition to the full thing, or maybe I'll concentrate on all "Challenge" type games... we'll see.
